As Associate Vice President of the Water Resource Department with Allworld Project Management, I serve as the Senior Program Managers for the City of Memphis Stormwater Quality and Quanity (MSQ2) Program, which is a multi-million-dollar, multi-year program established to mitigate flooding in communities across the City.
