Managed the product development process from ideation to liquidation in Accessories, Adult Novelty, licensed/non-licensed Childrenswear, Ladies Ready to Wear, Sleepwear and Loungewear generating combined sales in excess of $180MM at a 75% profit margin.Managed the launch of Avon’s first ever private label intimates business generating sales volume in excess of $80MM at a 65% profit margin.Establish Profit Plan and Marketing objectives/strategies on an annual basis.Team leader assisting Logistics and Operations with the development of delivery schedules, Pert calendars and product cost approvals as well as negotiate costs with manufacturers.Team leader assisting technical engineers in establishing quality, fit and production specificationsGlobal travel establishing and reviewing manufacturing relationships for continued growth of the Avon Intimates Business, as well as share “best practices” with Avon associates in Mexico, Philippines and Taiwan.Establish detailed trend, color and fabric direction on a quarterly basis for the individual business categories via competitive shopping, trade shows, design services and vendor feedback.Approve creative brochure copy and layout (including licensing approvals), facilitate photography shoots and approve model selections, as well as, conduct consumer/product focus groups.
