As an installation administrator, I conduct outreach, coordination, and event planning for a program that provides transitioning service members, military spouses, caregivers of wounded warriors, and veterans with training, hands-on experience, and job opportunities in the civilian workforce. I have over 15 years of experience in business administration, career counseling, and project management, with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, a Master of Arts Degree (in a year) in Marriage and Family Therapy with a concentration in Military Families, and multiple certifications in Microsoft Project, Planner, and ATS optimization. I am a detail-oriented, hard worker who is an enthusiast when it comes to helping others. I am great at finding solutions to problems and have impeccable organization skills. I have always had a passion for helping others and live my life with the Seabee "can do" attitude. I don't believe in the word "can't", and I am determined to solve problems using my innovation and critical thinking. I have a skillset that is highly transferrable across many industries to include military, real estate, customer service, finance, social work and construction.
