Oversee desktop and server support for the organization that includes 2 WAN sites and several remote sites, supporting approximately 1700 users at peak times, with potential for expansion. Manage and maintain server environments and infrastructure, including voice and data communications, including direct hands on work. Rapidly respond to emergency situations both during and outside of normal business hours, as requested. Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and improve processes and practices. Maintain relationships with all procurement and service vendors to ensure cost-effective, timely and adequate delivery of products. Stay up to date with all industry trends and technologies.

Provide the complete solution of sales, upgrades, installations and service both at the store and at client sites. Give details to clients on the operation of Geek Squad products/service/solutions. Travel via Geekmobile™ to provide a services at client sites. Provide complete documentation of all work performed. Teach clients on proper use and maintenance of hardware and software.

Stocker are responsible for helping to get the store prepared every night for the next morning's and day's customers. Also they zone the store, which means bringing stocked items forward so that shelves appear full and neat.
