One of the two founding partners of Fig Leaf Software in 1992, I helped guide Fig Leaf Software in the role of a leading internet technology company, specializing in web application development and cloud deployment, I'm an experienced developer, cloud architect, cloud deployment specialist, and search implementation specialist. I'm currently working for COREONYX Government Solutions, the new owner of Fig Leaf Software.When cloud deployment became a viable option for our customers, I developed our cloud program. We specialized in Amazon Web Services, but also had experience in Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. We developed successful proposals for customers to purchase development and support, and would deploy our new applications for these customers in the cloud.I've also personally specialized in search implementation deployment, starting with the Google Search Appliance approximately thirteen years ago. Since its deprecation, I've built similar search applications using a variety of platforms, including Mindbreeze InSpire, Apache Solr, and Amazon Cloud Search.For my entire career, I've provided training for most of the products I've worked with. I've developed very successful training for Google and Adobe, and delivered that training on premises and remotely. For Google, I provided training for Google Search Appliance and Google Workspace (formerly G Suite/Google Apps). These courses were mostly instructor-led at first, then used a hybrid approach of prepared training modules I developed plus interactive learning sessions delivered remotely. For Adobe, I provided on-premises instructor-led training for Adobe ColdFusion, HTML/CSS, Adobe Flex, and Adobe Acrobat, and bootcamp training for Adobe Acrobat, LiveCycle Designer (now AEM Designer), and LiveCycle/AEM platforms. I trained thousands of students, including Google and Adobe employees, across many locations in the US, Europe, and Asia.
