Associate Vice President at GCSIDwayne recently retired from the Michigan State Police after 29 years of distinguished service. During that time, Dwayne worked as Trooper, an undercover narcotics officer, a fugitive task force supervisor and served with the Governor’s Security section. Dwayne provided Executive Protection for Governor John M Engler, Governor Jennifer M Granholm and Governor Rick Snyder. While working in these positions he has conducted numerous advanced security assessments and protection details. He has worked in conjunction with the United States Secret Service and other Federal, State, and local law enforcement entities. Dwayne also draws on his experience as the Legislative Liaison for the Michigan State Police. He was instrumental in helping to craft and pass the Michigan school safety “Drills Bill” and the “Okay 2 Say” legislation to help make Michigan schools safe. Prior to his career in Law Enforcement, Dwayne served for 10 years in the United States Marine Corps. He holds a B.S.
