Client and Vendor Services ensures internal and external client needs are addressed through service delivery and reporting, capital planing, life cycle maintenance planing, capital fleet procurement and recoveries. I manage vendor activities that insure best value passed onto clients through contract negotiations, warranty claims, vendor performance and concessions. Ultimately I help to ensure that the Fleet Service delivery model reflects client business needs through standards and service.
