Division Director of Security and Facilities - Engility Corporation / Mission Support Services (MSS) Division Was an active member of the Senior Leadership Staff reporting to the Chief Operations Officer  Managed five Security and three Facilities Professionals within MSS.  Traveled to off-site facilities across the U.S. to conduct detailed security assessments to ensure the highest possible DSS inspection ratings for Engility/MSS cleared facilities.  Developed policies and procedures for industrial security operations, record retention, security education and training.  Trained the security staff to operate at the highest level of proficiency that resulted in three consecutive superior ratings for Defense Security Service (DSS) security assessments which led to being awarded the James S. Facilities Security Officer (FSO), Booz Allen Hamilton, Arlington, VA  As the Facilities Security Officer (FSO) – managed security operations of four Booz Allen facilities, and was responsible for three security professionals.  Managed industrial security functions for collateral and SCI contracts.  As the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) maintained NISPOM required security protocols for classified computer systems within the four facilities.  Additional duty as the COMSEC Manager - ensured the control and distribution of COMSEC material was handled in accordance with the National Security Agency (NSA) COMSEC guidelines.
