In this role I am responsible for Development and implementation of Invasive clinical training offerings to support the US customer base. Lead and grow training products for onsite applications training, headquarters customer training classes, and potential future remote technologies. Essential responsibilities include the following:•Promote skill development and a revenue growth within the US based Invasive clinical applications team. •Drive product demonstration communication and partnership with the commercial team. •Assist and support marketing for new Invasive new product launches by forecasting applications resources required to support the customer training volume. •Develop, budget, forecast, and promote training products with continuing education credits to support customers.•Manage and direct training initiatives so that all budgetary, performance and productivity metrics are met.•Ensure that product-training programs are market based and meet the requirements of customers, application team members and the modality team.•Assist with resolution of customer satisfaction concerns in the area of clinical training. •Develop a strategic plan, comprehensive curriculum and effectiveness assessments for all training programs.•Development, implementation and execution (as needed) of various clinical offerings.•Represent the Clinical Applications team in modality business concerns and drive applications related initiatives in marketing, product development, tollgate and business support processes.•Drive support field audits of training agendas and content as required.

As the Interventional Applications Manager I lead a group of Applications Specialists whose primary responsibility is to implement Interventional Recording Equipment and Cardiovascular Information Systems within healthcare facilities across the country. Responsible for short and long term strategic planning, staffing, salary planning, FDA compliance and scheduling. Manage and support cross-functional team relations for project installations to drive company revenue targets and customer relations.In this role I am also responsible to develop, design, and deliver training tools for Interventional Applications. This includes all customer facing materials for end user training and internal training materials for team and sales training.

Lead a team of Project Managers, Project Installation Specialists and Applications Specialists that coordinate implement and train on large scale medical installations, specifically for Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology and Electrophysiology across the US. This position was responsible for driving process change and business commitments, it was also responsible for staffing, salary planning, customer relationships and satisfaction, employee satisfaction and team building. This position also was responsible for training programs from conception to delivery for internal and external customers within Invasive business.

Managed a team of applications specialists that delivered training to customers thoughout the eastern half of the US. Training on Hemodynamic and EP recording systems in Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology labs in 100's of Hospital's and clinic's. Also developed training materials for classes taught at our customer training facility and assisted in delivery of classes.

Managed Daily activites of a large Cardiac Cath Lab. 8,000 Diagnostic and Interventional procedures performed anually. Ran schedule, assisted with procedures, wrote policy and procedure for the department, assisted in purching decisions, Hiring, Evaluations etc.
