Owned my own company for about nine years, a commercial parking lot cleaning business. Managed personnel, payroll, dealt with business owners, local and corporate. Had national accounts, i.e. Wal Mart, K Mart, Lowes, as well as many local accounts. Sold the business a while back to be involved full time in the home / business security industry. Goal is to be a firm, yet fair manager, and the number one salesman in the company, consequently helping the company grow. While Safetec Security is a local leader in the security industry, I'd love to see and be a part of the company becoming a major player nationwide. I believe that is possible with the leadership we have.Specialties: Ability to communicate with people easily, whether it be a friend, customer, or just a "friend" I haven't met yet, i.e., a stranger. Open minded enough to hear the other side of the story, yet firm enough in my belief to stand my ground in a diplomatic manner.
