System Analyst
IT Analyst for Owensboro Health’s nonclinical applications with the largest percentage under my control. Liaison with business stakeholders, application vendors and other technical/functional teams charged with analyzing complex business problems while providing efficient cost-effective solutions using information technologies. Utilize project management skills uniting teams, managers and vendors to provide the needed workflow processes to achieve the intended project goals. Maintain systems optimization by performing regular upgrades and enhancement. Below are accomplishments within past year. * Project Managed the implementation of Emporos, a pharmacy point of sale application, which integrates with Epic to allow prescription delivery to the bedside. * Established the Hugs system for total infant security and alerts, which required coordination between Women Services, IT, Security, Facilities, and the Stanley vendor. * Utilized the System Development Life Cycle to Roll out the SpectrumNG fitness system at Owensboro Health Healthpark, which permitted monitoring of membership accounts, activity scheduling, child services and POS payments. * Installed/upgraded/maintained Nuance/Clintegrity application for ICD 9/10 coding and Epic Billing which interfaces between Epic and Clintegrity with HL7 interlink. * Oversaw all HPF/OneContent applications and servers which incorporated scanned documents, echocardiograms and radiographies to interface with Epic patient charts. * Converted approximately 40 outdated servers to new Windows 2012 / 2016 Servers while migrating data for multiple applications. * Developed Software Summary documentation identifying the application, vendor, version, stakeholders, servers, network/database and installation/procedural guidance. * Established prioritization matrix for the management of tasks and projects. * Increased network security by establishing security certificates and High Availability.
