Kuwait

Duties: Performed the set-up and Management of all Logistics Operations in Kuwait and Qatar, supported the fielding and deployment for the Network Modernization (NETMOD) Project. Supported the Project Managers in all logistics tasks for the government. Received all shipments and coordinated transportation, ensured schedules were met. Procured miscellaneous items for the NETMOD. Performed physical inventories and validated shipments for quality control. Created records on the reportable items transferred over to the government property books. Maintained official records, items identification, gains and losses, on-hand balances, and location of all property assigned to each property account. Ensured stored items were protected from damage, deterioration, and pilferage. Ensured required tags, labels, and markings are affixed to reflect asset identity, status, and condition. Used established Department of Defense procedures and prepared DD Form 250 Material Inspection and Receiving Report (MIRR).Accomplishments: Created a mini-warehouse/storage area for the Network Modernization (NETMOD) equipment for Kuwait/ and Qatar: maintained and issued the NETMOD equipment.

Kuwait And Iraq

Duties: Provided logistical support to the Combat Aviation Brigades deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Inherent Resolve (OIF/OEF/OIR). Assisted units in resolving non-standard aviation supply problems and assisted with DODAAC activations and deactivations. Provided improvements and problem resolution for repair parts and special tools for the aircraft. Executed AMCOM’s critical aviation retrograde program with the expeditious return of repair parts back to the source of supply including AMCOM, CECOM, and TACOM. Preformed DLA-DS turn-ins on condemned property. Monitored inventories of critical aviation ground support equipment and provided information to TAMP HQs and AMCOM via data calls. Assisted units with special transportation requirements. Worked daily with AMC and AMCOM Logistics Assistance Representatives (LARS). Supervised the transfer of stay- behind and Theater Provided Equipment (TPE) and conducted PBUSE operations during the unit’s rotations.Accomplishments: Collectively developed means to obtained and located AOG (Aircraft on Ground) repair parts which reduced the time the aircraft was non-mission capable (NMCS).

Iraq

Duties: Managed the Class II, III, IV, and VII warehouse and retrograde storage area for the US Army. Led and supervised 29 personnel and 43 subcontractors. Initiated and tracked shipments with RF tags and Automated Manifest System (AMS) to final destinations. Received and stored materials in the warehouse facility in an organized manner and convenient location for removal when needed. Marked and tagged articles as necessary for identification purposes. Retrieved stored material when requested, provided transportation to the requester, and returns material to storage as required. Developed and maintained effective warehouse storage practices that promote efficient storage, identification, and retrieval. Maintained warehouse and shipping records and used an automated warehouse management system. Accomplishments: Maintained or exceeded DA performance standards.

Warner Robins, Ga

Duties: Received, distributed, and inspected materials procured for the C-130 Hercules and F-15 Fighter Jet Maintenance Program. Utilized material management procedures to stock received materials in a timely matter which eliminated work stoppages. Performed the movement and physical inventory of project materials based on production schedules and kitting efforts. Validated all bench stock shipments of industrial hardware for quality control from commercial vendors and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).Accomplishments: Independently developed methods that enhanced the requisitioning process resulting in the downsizing of zero balance items.
