Program Manager for DevOps Implementation while at Macys Systems. Performed tools and methods research on behalf of client to support Continuous Development and Continuous Integration efforts, Behavior and Test Driven Models. Implemented Staged Environment Management with On Demand Env Provisioning, Data Management, and Source Code Management. Responsible for the implementation of Test Automation to support CI/CD environments. Program Manager in Direct To Consumer division at MST. Managed a $2.5 Million program with multiple teams, that allows real-time updates to Merchandise Movement shipped store-to-store via commercial carriers. Program includes .NET programming, TIBCO, Oracle, Monarch, HALO, Kariba, Mainframe, and SOA (Messgae Queues and Services). Team consisted of 4 Project Managers and 67 IT professionals (PM's, Developers, Architects, Testers, and BA's). Responsible for overall project plan and Program Level Status Reporting and metrics. Responsible for program compliance with external audit and Macys Standards via lifecycle based tollgates. Managed team delivery of Requirements Definition Document, Design Documents, Technical Specifications, Component Specifications, Test Plans, Deployment Plans, Work Product Reviews, and Signoffs amongst others.Responsible for Project Delivery as well as offshore Production Support. Used Issue Log to coordinate implementation of System Break / Fixes. Developed processes, including communication forum between offshore Support Team and Business Partners. Cut delivery date of Program by 26 days saving money to client in contracted services. Raised quality of D2C delivery from score of 63/100 to 100/100 on most recent deployment.

Implemented testing tollgates and standardized work products. Established the Performance Test Team. Performed Performance testing using LoadRunner.• Resource Administration: Established an Enterprise Test Group at Gwinnett County Public Schools, which successfully delivered Enterprise-level applications, infrastructure, and networks for implementation. Ensured the GCPS systems met the functional and non-functional requirements of all enterprise projects.• Project Management: Led the full lifecycle implementation of a Hyper-V Server Virtualization at Gwinnett County Public schools, which saved hundreds of thousands of dollars on hardware costs for a middle school retrofit program. • Accomplishments: Implemented Sharepoint environment at GCPS. Using Sharepoint, created Teamsites to support Enterprise Testing Group and Teamsites for each of the teams.
