Provide coaching and support to programs and organizations within Peraton that pursue ISO certification and/or CMMI ratings. Support includes conducting objective audits against ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, and ISO 27001 and assessments against CMMI for development and services resulting in actionable findings to address weaknesses that affect the program’s objectives. Facilitate the Delivery Excellence Group (DEG) efforts to create/improve process assets, infrastructure and operations using an Agile-ish method that includes sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives. Facilitate meetings with DEG sponsor, steering committee and configuration control board.Provide coaching and assessment services within Peraton functional organizations against the DoD Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) model. Developed tools and templates for functions to use for self-assessments, third-party assessments, and policy and plan documentation. Provide coordination services across functions (e.g., CISO, CIO, HR, etc.) to address CMMC practice conformance. Provide graphic design/visualization services to business development and solutioning functions.

Manage and maintain Knight Point Systems’ ISO-certified management systems, ISO 20000 IT Service Management, and ISO 27001 Information Security Management including documentation (manuals, policies, procedures, forms) risk management, and IT development configurations to support the systems. Create training materials and perform training for employees on the management systems. Assist process owners with changes to controlled documentation/information. Manage the corrective/preventive action system and work with process teams to ensure issues are resolved to prevent recurrence. Schedule and conduct Internal Quality Audits. Monitor and analyze quality data and report findings to executive management. Liaison between KPS and the ISO accreditation vendor, participating in surveillance and renewal audits. Coordinated and participated as an appraisal team member for CMMI-Development appraisal efforts leading to maturity level 3 rating. Implemented the Quality Management System and led the certification effort. Led the integration effort for all ISO standards to leverage efficiencies of the management systems to make them more effective and resilient.
