As a Sales Consultant at Route 22 Nissan my primary concern is to guide customers through the sales process and ensure customers purchase the right vehicle. Primary responsibilities include consulting with customers through Nissan's automotive merchandise in accordance with the dealership's sales department operations. This includes a process that begins within meeting the needs of the customer to presenting vehicles as investments and introducing the customer to the finance department. A crucial step in the sales process includes a driving demonstration of the vehicle otherwise known as a test drive. The main goal of the sales consultant position is to meet the consumers needs at the end of the sale process. In order for this to be accomplished product knowledge has to be matched to meet the needs of the customer. Consequently laying the pavement for development in every aspect of customer service and sales. This process is finalized by conducting deliveries of vehicles to customers.
