I apply and teach from knowledge and experience for the success of my team. My formal and life education helps me to understand the business aspect of strategic capital planning and funding, ROI, TVM (time value of money), kanban systems, lean manufacturing, SMED, and extensive TPM knowledge. Experienced in Planning, procurement, execution and closeout of projects ranging from $20K to $3.5million. Knowledgeable of strategic supply chain management for 1st Tier and 2nd Tier supplier specification and selection. Experienced in the implementation of quality benchmarks and improvements through RCA of issues, FMEA, and applying Kepnor Tregoe ATS methodology. Setting world class standards, evaluation of the present, and then making a plan for achieving the desired results, are indicative of my leadership abilities. Once the evaluation and plan is developed and laid out, I lead by the 4 M's. ( Provide MOTIVATION to increase the MORALE which gains MOMENTUM, then lead the MOVEMENT).
