Leadership Advisement: Led Educational Development Branch of 4 personnel processing over 1,200 school applications and 500 web-based inquiries of 100% eligible Air Force Reserve members for talent management to schools. Briefed and mentored senior officials on how to properly score performance reports to select the highest performers in the Air Force Reserves in Air Force IT systems. Advises Air Force Reserve senior leaders on education needs and liaisedwith managers to ensure the right talent is placed in school quotas to include RPA’s. Engaged weekly with HR IT system technicians to ensure all admin network system issues were fixed and upgraded before educational boards. Talent & Marketing: Managed 4 education boards with Air Force Reserve senior leaders to ensure over 82,000 members were selected for the most elite schools to include Harvard, NATO, and military schools in Washington D.C. Selected Accomplishments & Key Results:  Created on-line Microsoft Teams collaboration with senior leaders that shared performance reports to cut education boards from 5 to 4 days which resulted in no system delays. Instituted recruiting tool for board staff to score individual records without seeing the names creating a non-bias more efficient selection for top scoring members to attend elite schools

Leadership: Led and mentored an organization of 47 U.S. junior military personnel on career path advice and assisted them in personal matters while at a remote location in Italy. Instituted professional development briefings after COVID crisis on leadership development to enhance and shape the Air Force next generational leaders. International Diplomatic Relations: Accessed over 300 international staffing position to include U.S., European, and Canadian personnel tools to analyze data and prepare complex manpower and personnel reports in support of command wide human capital planning and decision making. Managed VISA program through the job verification NATO HR system to ensure over 1000 international staff could remain in country and provide them with over $2 million of tax-free benefits. Planned and executed 67 mission briefings to Senior Leaders forecasting the daily operations of all mission taskings to 56 international joint personnel across 16 nations.Human Resource Program Management: Led 3 personnel and oversaw 52 HR programs to include benefits, retention, performance evaluations, vacation time, and promotions. After a 1-year Senior HR vacancy, identified and corrected over 1.2 thousand personnel HR records in Mil PDS and improved 17 administration programs. Selected Accomplishments & Key Results: Instituted organizational medical assessment plan for 47 personnel which resulted in the unit being 37% to 95% mission ready to deploy. Coordinated and liaised over 600 organization mission taskings from HQ NATO in Brussels & Air Command which led to the success of 17 NATO exercises.  Identified IT data spillage security risk in NATO Personnel Administration Branch, leading to the reconfiguration of computer workstation strengthening data privacy
