I lead a very talented digital marketing team in integrated multi-channel communications, from the content creation process to delivering across channels and tracking based on KPIs. Managed redesign of division website, including IA, goal-oriented content strategy, user experience, and content process implementation. Manage and update content for all development sites by working with stakeholders, editors and content owners. Manage email communications according to best practices while recommending improvements to process and function.
