• My responsibilities include:
• Daily Banking Activities: Responsible for Daily Banking Activities for Gulf Pacific Rice, as well as seven other accounts under company umbrella split between two banks, completing a daily bank balance for each.
• Payroll Processing: Completing all new hire enrollment-including reporting employees to US Government through E-Verify, payment of wages, healthcare enrollment, tax deductions, enrolling, processing and reporting 401K.
• Accounts Receivable: Posting receipts for six subsidiary companies on a daily basis while reconciling any short-pays and any open invoices
• Accounts Payable: Processing vouchers and accrued receipts for payments and completion of the selection, printing and mailing of finished check processing.
• Office Duties: Monthly Bank Reconciliation of all accounts, Ordering and monitoring all office supplies, toner orders and postage metering. Daily sorting and distributing mail and processing checks received.
