CurrentPerform configuration duties in OnBase. Tracks OnBase incidents as they are reported and provides analysis and resolution. Tracks, analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves issues related to Onbase. Designs, performs, tests, and documents configuration changes. Advises on the effects they may have on other division workflows. Provides status on all assigned work through updates in ticket work log. Provides technology support including analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of OnBase issues. Aides in research system issues and determine if a configuration change will resolve issues. Perform application scenario testing relating to workflow design changes and makes recommendations as necessary for improvement. Consults with OnBase users to gather requirements and documents required system problems and enhancements. Provides notification to agency OnBase user concerning changes and notifications of any planned maintenance. Consults with vendors as required and reports to supervisor for ticket management and escalation.
