A supplier of innovative products and services for dental health professionals worldwide; a manufacturer of six distinct product brands encompassing everything in a dental facility, from hand pieces to chairs, vacuum systems to dental simulation models, creating a complete line of products to elevate the efficiency of a dental practice. Responsible for selling the complete dental product line through Dental Distributors and directly to U.S Government Installations (Military Bases, V.A. Hospitals, Public Health Service Agencies), Teaching Hospitals, Dental Colleges to maximize market penetration into individual dental offices and large dental groups. • Prepare and present high level presentations centered upon an economic value proposition to key stake holders from Material Management to CEO and CFO levels (clinical and financial decision makers). • Extensive relationship building at customer levels; Physician, Residency Program Director, Medical Director.• YE 2013 increased sales by 62% ($930K to $1.5M) within 7 months of employ.

• Manage day to day operations and procedures of division.• Assume full responsibilities for divisional P&L.• Lead, train and mentor divisional personal to exceed customers and industries expectations.• Establish mutually benificial relationships with vendors.• Generate and close equipment leads.• Design dental facilities for wide range of dental professionals.• Assume project manager role for company and clients.
