Completed the CRS-I designation and working towards completing the CRS-S designation requirements Completed the Public Works Leadership Development Program with an average of 97%Overseeing and assigning reactive and scheduled preventative maintenance for front line and contracted services. Planning and deploying winter maintenance operations of 21 combination units with 26 contracted plow units to comply and meet MMS and LOS. Currently directly supervising 29 front line employees daily assigning tasks, incident/accident reporting, serving disciplinary actions, providing coaching and mentoring and actively involved in hiring new employees. Active management representative on the JHSCFulfilled acting Supervisor roles which include responding and actioning councillor complaints, actioning, providing required documentation and responding to lawyers on claims, completing Personal Learning and Development Plan for employees.
