The Counselor Education and school counseling admission programs were completely web based as the department began moving to internet methods of data collection and response.

Under the leadership of the school administration team to develop programs helping all students succeed in school. Researched a need to provide more students of color with an opportunity to receive different programs to assist with their academic success. Investigated the disparity of students in special education and remedial programs based on family income. Provided a strategic plan to assist with the improved academic success. Developed program to redistribute students into Talented and Gifted Programs. Implemented race and income blind class mixing in regards to getting more students of color in honor level courses.Created a new method for constructing the master schedule based on academic scores and testing data.
