Manufacturing Technician - All responsibilities are performed to meet or exceed cGMP, and standard operating procedures. ■ Perform equipment set-up. ■ Disassemble, clean,troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components. ■ Operate manufacturing equipment to meet production goals including-process adjustments and trouble shooting. ■ Perform in-process testing as required to assure quality compliance. ■ Monitor, clean, changeover and operate manufacturing equipment such as high-shear granulators, fluid bed dryers, tablet presses, tablet coaters and printer. ■ Document task execution per cGMP requirement. ■ Collect, organize and analyze operations information using established criteria. ■ Interact with PLCs and PCs. ■ Participate in Lean and Six Sigma projects to improve operation./SAP Certified Material Specialist * Receives components/materials used in the Manufacturing and Packaging operations at the Eisai Inc. production facilities. * Transfers accurate component/material to support the Manufacturing, Packaging, and the Parenteral Pilot Plant operations schedules. * Maintains an accurate physical inventory through monthly (MRP) cycle count program. * Ships finished goods to distribution centers as necessary to maintain acceptable inventory levels. * Receives and ships daily memo items via: (Fed-Ex, UPS, LTL) as necessary to support entire Eisai Inc. facility. * Performs component/material shuttle to and from the Eisai Inc. outside warehouse facility in support of production operations. * Maintains material handling equipment (daily log books). * Maintains a good housekeeping policy (daily and weekly log books). * Follow all approved standard operating procedures for warehouse department. * Possesses a scientific understanding of product manufacturing technology and processes, specifically lyophilization and terminal sterilization methods.
