Hey, I’m Dwayne! I’m a charismatic team player that enjoys helping others and reaching end goals! I started working with a startup company in Jan 2021. The company only had 1 driver and once I started working, that made 2 drivers. In my first 6 months of working I proved to be a hard worker and dependable worker, which granted my promotion to Operations manager. Always on time and making sure the job was completed under any circumstances. Soon I began recruiting for the company due to the warehouse trusting us and allowing us to obtain more contracts. Within my first year I helped the company grow to 10 drivers and one of the top master contractors inside that warehouse. I plan to take my leadership skills and people skills to the next level so that I can reach my full potential!
