- Supervised a crew of 9 machine operators and 3 skill trades for day to day production of cylinder blocks.- Led maintenance crews to manage machine downtime and preventive maintenance measures.- Conducted weekly team meetings to review safety issues and continuous improvement ideas. - Presented production improvement ideas and resolutions to plant management.

- Purchased and commissioned machining and assembly equipment for new program launches.- Led simultaneous engineering meetings with machine suppliers.- Conducted machining studies, completed feasibility and cost studies for future programs and participated in “fresh eyes” reviews of existing production lines. - Managed equipment spare parts by verifying critical spare parts were ordered, delivered and entered into plant spare parts storage area. - Approved final drawing packages from machine suppliers and assured drawings are entered into drawing management system.

- Developed and maintained detailed job plans for assembly and installation of parts for prototype aircraft.- Reviewed engineering drawings to assure manufacturability and verified necessary revisions were made to drawings as needed. - Developed detail and assembly planning for avionics hardware and structural airframe hardware.- Managed manufacturing engineering control file and presented control file issues to senior management.
