- Currently the Head of the Chief Development Office for Operations Technology. CDO mission is to help lead product teams on their product modernization journey providing engineering guidance, hands-on collaboration, agility coaching as well as enabling a learning culture throughout the organization.- Currently a member of the Expert Engineer (E2) Program technical faculty. I am responsible for helping facilitate learning sessions, planning and curating content for the program. E2 is a leadership program for technologists in wide variety of subject matters. Only 100 top technologists at the firm across global regions are selected into program each year.- As an Engineering Experience Lead, I am focused on providing engineering guidance, enabling collaboration and helping provide skills uplift opportunities to software engineering teams. My responsibilities include improving the engineering experience for teams by addressing process inefficiencies and friction points as well as promoting adoption of approved engineering practices and technologies. - In past role as an Application Development Manager, I lead Agile Scrum teams. In this role, I oversee the day to day activities of the team providing guidance and leadership on projects and software delivery.- In past Tech Lead role, I’ve worked on full lifecycle software development projects. I have participated in all project phases including the assessment, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment phases. I have also supported development projects in a configuration management role. This support included managing software deployment and installation processes and ensuring quality software testing prior to production release.- I have served as the Design Authority for critical and high profile application within the firm. In this role, I established standards and technical approaches, managed and prioritized technical debt, and oversaw major infrastructure projects.- I have completed training in highly esteemed Expert Engineer (E2) program at JP Morgan Chase. Annually, this program accepts 100 top technologists across the company for 9 month Technical Architecture and Leadership training. The goal of the program is to develop technology leaders with ability to innovate and influence technology decisions.- I have facilitated technical training sessions for technologists within JP Morgan Chase.
