Responsible for accurate management of all service parts in the North American warehouse which includes inventory levels, inventory turns, and forecasting of service parts to meet customer demands.• Managed warehouse inventory of $60 million dollars with a fill rate at or above 98%• Implemented No-movement/Excess inventory process leading to the reduction of $2 million in excess inventory while holding the 98% fill rate• Analyze, evaluate data to establish records to generate a forecast and safety stock to assure adequate parts availability.• Manage the forecast and safety stock to assure inventory dollars are correct to meet inventory turn levels and company fill rate.• Add or adjust forecast per engineering changes• Review and adjust forecast records per the daily shortage report to eliminate out of stock items.• Analyze excess and obsolete inventory levels and the disposition of those items.• Participates in and contributes to various weekly meetings to ensure business profitability and survival• Manage inventory levels in specific areas and ensure available stock for manufacturing• Review late, current, and future demand and create a plan to meet customer demand while reducing inventory cost• Audit inventory levels daily• Participate and lead in continuous improvement Kaizen events to support performance metrics and goals.
