Serves the organization in a key project management role leading multi-million dollar, state-of-the art projects. Primary responsibilities include: Defining project scope and developing a detailed project plan, negotiating contracts and managing business relationship with third party vendors, manages the implementation of software applications that utilize net new hardware, infrastructure, interfacing and integration. Analyzes and manages risks and inter-dependencies within and across applications and integration to formulate plausible solutions/contingency plans in consultation with stakeholders. Updates program progress reports to inform stakeholders of successes, issues and/or risks associated with the individual projects and overall program. Utilizes various tools and processes for the IT Project Management Office (PMO). Utilizes Lean Sigma to define current and future state workflows. Fulfills all capital project management budgeting and cost tracking duties. Maintains professional and working relationship with all stakeholders and IT leadership.
