About Dwayne Matthews

Dwayne is a proven executive with over 30 years experience in the Automotive and Commerical truck industry. His experience started on the plant floor at Plumey Rubber Company in 1983. He progressively worked his way up through the plant until in 1988 when he moved into the sales arena as an application engineer ( on site at Ford Dearborn). Later he moved into sales account management, then onto a role as VP of Global Sales for Plumey ( divison of Dana Corp.).Dwayne assumed the position of VP of NA Operations and Sales for Sealing Products division of Dana in 2003 running 7 plants in NA. In 2009 Dwayne was promoted to VP of the Power Technology Group working under Martin Bryant.In 2011 upon Mr. Bryant's departure from Dana, Dwayne was promoted to President of Power Technologies Group, Dana Holdings.PTG is a supplier of engine and Transmission Sealing and Thermal management components to the automotive, Commercial vehical and Off Hwy markets.
