• Process air movement of Chief of Mission Personnel and affiliates of the U.S. Embassy, approximately 600 monthly to varies Department of State authorized landing zones
• Responsible for manifesting passengers for air movements to authorized Department of State landing zones
• Provides mandatory safety briefing to all passengers, ensuring they are equipped with proper attire to include hearing protection
• Responsible for inputting correct flight data, to capture all passengers moved to include the weight of baggage and cargo
• Ensures passengers are directed to the correct gate for their scheduled flight
• Monitors movement of all aircraft on Blue Sky Aviation Network

• Scheduled and processed approximately 60 air movement request monthly for U.S. Embassy Chief of Mission Personnel and affiliates
• Coordinated air movements with the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) on movements of distinguished visitor’s and/or very important persons
• Ensured personnel are directed to the correct location for their scheduled flight
• De-conflicted missions to ensure requested air support was provided
• Coordinated prior permission required (PPR) for landing and fuel at off site locations

• Provided assistance to youth who were eligible for program with education, employment, training, career planning, and resume assistance
• Conducted comprehensive and specialized assessments to develop individual services
• Provided assistance with short/long term educational services, vocational training, and career goals
• Maintained necessary records, case notes, and statistical reports
• Determined and assess goals and objectives of all clientele
• Commuted twice weekly to nearby county of Fairfield County, representing the Family Service Center Youth Program at the Workforce Development Center, to provide educational, training and career planning services to.
