 Creating GD&T drawings for interior, exterior, powertrain, thermal, chassis and electrical components used in the assembly of the company’s hybrid automobile using CATIA V5, ASME Y14.5-2009 standards and SmarTeam. Determining tolerances, datums & measurement points for vehicle parts and assemblies. Interfacing with manufacturing and other engineering departments for resolving any issues regarding design changes and delivery deadlines.  Checking and releasing drawings using the SmarTeam Q-Portal electronic document management system (EDMS).

 Creating assembly and detail tooling drawings for complex parts for various Boeing and Airbus aircraft.  Designing multi-function assembly and detail jigs, tooling check and inspection fixtures. Used CATIA V5, ASME Y14.5-2009 standards and SmarTeam to create, update and release drawings.

 Utilized CATIA V5, AutoCAD and ASME Y14.5-1994 standards to create assembly and detail drawings for solar array panels and satellite bus components. Generated tooling drawings, cable assembly drawings, wire list, schematics and interconnection diagrams. Used ENOVIA SmarTeam to update bill of materials and to release drawings.

Created and updated console, rack and enclosure assembly drawings for ride and show attractions, including cable assembly drawings and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD 2012 and SmarTeam.Assisted lead engineers in determining design improvements for various show and ride attractions.
