• Accountable for creating the reliability test bed set-up per the engineering protocol.• Responsible for running the reliability test protocol, documenting all test results, and providing timely feedback to Engineering team.• Continual monitoring of test results to develop long term quality MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) reports. • Perform structural stress test on electro-mechanical assemblies by operating the QRS 410T Vibration tester. • Responsible for performing temperature and humidity testing using the CSZ environmental chamber.• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams such as R&D, and Operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.• Responsible for accurately maintaining all test results in the laboratory note book. • Utilize laboratory equipment such as digital microscopes, digital volt meters, flow meters, to evaluate and document test results.• Responsible for installing and operating complex liquid chromatography systems to perform reliability tests.• Responsible for maintaining lab equipment.

• Responsible for the coordination of the build, test, and calibration, of new product sub-assemblies, instruments, and final systems within a Just-in-Time cell.• Develop department layout, and establish equipment and personnel requirements.• Determine labor capacity according to the master schedule.• Ensure that all engineering drawings, assembly procedures were properly utilized by department personnel.• Attend daily production meetings to discuss progress, and address issues pertaining to schedule requirements relative to material shortages, labor requirements, and process issues. • Verify completed production assemblies and instrument modules for quality. • Maintain assembly and instrument configuration control logs using computer applications.

• Team member for prototype JIT (Just-in-Time) production cell project. • Responsible for building, testing, calibrating, and trouble shooting of product sub-assemblies, instruments, and final systems with engineering procedures and assembly drawings.• Maintain configuration control logs, using computer applications.• Responsible for providing feedback on JIT process relative to potential improvements and efficiency improvements.
