About Dwayne Parks

I am one of a handful of lucky individuals in Southwest Airlines that supervise the outsourced maintenance provided by professional companies in the industry. Whether it is modifications to the aircraft, transitioning aircraft from one owner to another, aircraft storage, paint or simply maintaining them in a heavy maintenance environment, my goal is to provide the airline and customers with a airworthy, compliant and safe aircraft. I have been fortunate enough to learn from some of the greatest managers in the industry. Living my life with the ideology that laughter is the best medicine, I enjoy keeping the atmosphere light in a normally heavy and stressful industry. I believe this has proven that I get the best out of the people when the going gets tough.
