In Dwayne’s role in POS within the Innovation Team, he will use his experience in working with the retails to facilitate the implementation of ongoing network standards. He will work closely with the retails, IT networking, retail facilities and third-party vendors to build and manage processes to facilitate the implementation of these retail network standards. His in depth knowledge of the retails will greatly help the POS team in other initiatives.

-Launch Fresh Centralized pricing to over 150 retails in the Co-op Retailing System (CRS). -Roll out the retail networking standards for food stores withing the CRS. -Help administrate the networking upgrade project to each retail location. (work together with General Managers, Retail Facilities, retail cabling contractors and a retail network division of AMPM who provides a great deal of leadership. -Work with several scale vendors in western Canada so their scales are configured to the CRS's and CFIA's labeling standards.-Set up and configure the software that talks to these scales (Invatron's product called ePlum) as well as work with programmers for internal platforms that feed into ePlum. -Retail communications and support in all aspects of Centrallized Pricing for fresh departments both to the back office systems as well as scale communications.-Work with pricing and costing programs to send all bakery information to the scales and front end scanning systems.
