While supporting the UK mainland for callouts of unexploded World War Two bombs where found in residential or industrial sites. • Conducted thorough monthly accounting and serviceability checks, provided management with updated schedules.• Successfully mentored personnel in the safe recognition of munitions that could be handled after being fired. This resulted in no casualties or incidents in explosive ordnance clearance task in three different countries. Baseline commander to 20 other Explosive Ordnance Disposal trained and 100 + non-trained personnel.• Managed a team of 10 men in the successful clearance of a 250kg and two SC50kg world war two bombs respectively in a highly populated areas of East /West London and Coventry. Planned, managed and constructed full mitigation around the munition, Rendered the munition safe, reopening a very busy part of London for traffic also returned the residential area back to a habitable state.

• Instructed over 10,000 British Combat troops on the RSOI (Reception, Staging, Onward movement and Integration) training to ensure all troops have the most up-to-date tactics, techniques and procedures at their disposal.• Counter-improvised explosive device instructor on Explosive Hazard Reduction Course, prepared over 100 members of the Afghan National Army, Uniformed Police and Border Police to operate in a partnership role with coalition forces when IEDs are encountered. • Teaching the basics of insurgent IED tactics and how to handle and eliminate unexploded ordnance and munitions, learn to locate, identify and disarm victim-operated IEDs, such as pressure plate and trip wire devices and to perform searches alongside coalition forces.

My service to the HM Forces has included postings in several areas of the United Kingdom, as well as Germany, Northern Ireland and Afghanistan.
