• Supervises team of nine software engineers. Provides mentoring, evaluations, and career development guidance.• Develops and maintains software products for the Global Command and Control System – Joint (GCCS-J). • Member of the NATO Friendly Force Tracking Capability Team (FFT CaT)• Collaborates with other members of the FFT Cat to produce and maintain the ADatP-36 specification. • Lead for GCCS-J’s participation in Coalition Warrior Interoperability eXploration, eXperimentation, eXamination, eXercise (CWIX). o Coordinates with the GCCS-J Capability Lead (DISA Customer) to ensure that all required activities are completed in order for GCCS-J to participate in the CWIX Test Execution Evento Coordinates with CWIX US national lead and other capability leads to coordinate our involvement in the CWIX Focus Area, our system’s role in various scenarios, and all bi-lateral technical tests. o Oversee all software development to ensure that capabilities are completed on time and under budget.o Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted such as security clearances, user agreements, architecture descriptions, hardware tracking forms, security checklists, and waivers for personal electronics. o Create and manage all test cases and ensure that they are completed during the test execution event. • Interprets user requirements, designs products and systems to meet these requirements, and oversees implementation of the designs within the Agile Development Process. • Past experience as a Production Engineering Manager of Phoenix, as the Control Account Manager (EVMS) for CWIX, and as a Product Owner of more than twenty products• Lead the C2 Mobile Pilot team which produced the Theater Ballistic Missile (TBM) capability was successfully demonstrated at the 2016 AFCEA conference to the Director of DISA, LTG Alan General Lynn, and distinguished guests. • Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance.
