Dwayne Pope is a highly accomplished healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in the medical diagnostics and healthcare management industries. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership in toxicology laboratory services, chronic care management, and the integration of healthcare practices to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.Most recently, Dwayne served as the President of United Physician Group (2019–2023), where he was responsible for the vertical integration of primary care and pain management practices under LifeBrite Hospital Group. His strategic efforts in recruiting and acquiring practices resulted in the expansion of the group’s network and the streamlining of its operations.From 2015 to 2023, Dwayne also led the Chronic Care Management (CCM) Panel Division at LifeBrite Laboratories, where he developed a CCM panel designed to reduce hospitalizations and ER visits related to polypharmacy events. Through his leadership, he implemented innovative sales strategies focused on toxicology-based lab services for primary care providers.Dwayne's extensive experience in laboratory sales also includes his roles as Director of Sales at various laboratories.
