CurrentDuring my tenure at DOS. I have spearheaded several projects which has elevated my knowledge and skill set in and outside of my comfort zone. Projects completed:Equitrac Installation – this included the installation of firmware, Java and PCC on new machines and machines already in the field. The Android OS on the smart panels and configuration of units to connect to the servers were also key action points in the project. This successful project was executed on over 75 machines for two of the Company’s major clients.Machine Charity/Donation - Create and organize units for charity to schools and organizations in need of producing physical hard copy documents inside and outside their environment.Frequently Used Parts (FUP) - This is a document used by the technical, accounts/inventory and now management, to create greater accountability of parts that are frequently used and to have statistical overview of units in the field.Standard of Procedure (SOP) - Designed, tested and implemented the out-of-town workflow for the Technical Department to increase operational efficiencies in our remote location.Mandatory Field Rectification Project- organize and rectified an issue with units in the field based on worldwide defect announced by the supplier/manufacturer.
