CurrentAs the Senior Vice President of Operations I am positioned to deliver leadership excellence by maximizing resource methodology, creating optimal operational efficiency standards and enhancing profitability for all divisions of the organization. I play a key role as a member of a senior management team overseeing operational performance of the title company by providing operating performance insight and leadership to the Management Team; collaborating with Foreclosure Management, Title/Escrow Management and our Commercial Title & Escrow Services team to evaluate, improve and reengineer production processes; evaluating and implementing new operating software and continually improving and developing it to maximize efficiency and unify internal and external systems; and cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships with title underwriters, industry counterparts, clients and vendors.
