Report, schedule and maintain all records for maintenance conducted on communication equipment. Train individuals on proper procedures ensureing attention to detail is placed for accurate tracking of items. Supervise and order items for repair and/or replacement as needed. Create reports to brief supervisors on all actions being conducted.

Sanding, polishing, painting, taping, repairing sheetmetal, fiberglass fabrication and customization, buffing, mixing paint, ordering and stocking all supplies to conduct shop operations.
