This is a newly constructed 220,000 sqft. Class A office building in the Denver Tech center. Help formulate the Building Operation and Maintenance schedule. Worked with the Construction Superintendent to make sure the warranty items were completed. Scheduled the follow up for warranty repairs to various equipment. Helped to tune the programming on the Rooftop makeup air units so they were performing at optimal efficiency.

The contract is to provide 4 support staff to maintain their 3 national office facilities that includes their main Data Center. Manage the preventative maintenance contracts for the Data Center. Set up and supervised contractors for the UPS, ATS, Generators, and cooling units.

Lead Engineer for a new 165k sq.ft. Building built for a single tenant occupant TriZetto. Responsible for the Mechanical system operation. Contacting contractors to repair items that are currently under warranty. Develop a Preventive Maintenance Program for the building equipment. Help the property manager develop a startup budget and operating budget.

Run the Day to Day operations of the HVAC and Mechanical Systems for 178,000 sf of commercial space in two office buildings. Perform daily maintenance to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and lighting in the buildings. Work with Contractors and Vendors to make sure the larger systems are being serviced properly and maintained. Look for opportunities to save electrical costs through upgrades to mechanic and electrical systems and procedures. Work with tenants and contractors on new tenant construction.

Was the Supervisor for a 436 unit class A, Apartment building in Cherry Creek, Co. I was in charge of the maintenance staff of three and the cleaning staff of six. I over saw the apartment work orders to make sure that they were completed in a timely manner. I made sure that the vacant apartments were serviced painted, cleaned and ready for new tenants. I worked with painting contractors and carpet vendors on scheduling installs and repainting of the apartments. I worked with Vendors to make sure that the mechanical systems were being properly maintained and serviced. I worked with Engineers to install an Energy management system to control the mechanical systems in a more energy efficient way.
