I provided dynamic, effective mental health treatment for children and families who have endured trauma, reducing stays in placements such as foster care, residential treatment and juvenile detention. I assisted in mitigating the youth and family’s trauma experience, helping individuals build the skills and support to engage in their community.

Responsible for overall safety of ship. Supervised division on equipment maintenance and professional development of 20 junior personnel. In addition, oversaw all department and division training as well as all senior enlisted training schedules, and ensured readiness of ship for all types of situations including man overboard and transferring personnel at sea.

Conducted scheduling for all reenlistments, retirements, extensions, rating changes for over 300 people. Submitted all requests through MILPERS, tracked all reenlistment bonuses, interacted with both state and federal government for certificates of appreciation for member as well as families, and scheduled transition classes for all separating members.
