I joined the multifamily industry in 1987. I began my career as an assistant manager and worked my way up through hard work, attention to detail, the ability to quickly learn new tasks, as well as lead my teams to achieve the goals of the property owners. I’ve had the pleasure of working for both third party management companies as well as owner managed companies. I have effectively operated market rate properties, tax credit properties, new construction lease ups, and HOA/POA management. I adapt quickly when it comes to learning new software. I am very proficient with Excel which has been useful in developing spreadsheets to perform everyday tasks of property management (lease expiration management, NOI projections, etc.), communicate with owners and investors, as well as budget development.
