I draw from work experiences, formal and informal education, and a natural desire to learn, to problem solve. I am not discouraged with strict requirements or changing environments, which instead provides me with opportunities to adapt, learn and grow as solutions are found. My experiences as a manager has helped me to appreciate inputs and viewpoints different than my own. Working at a large organization has taught me the value of developing interdepartmental relationships to better respond to declared disasters, both internal to the organization and outside of the organization that affect the organizations function.I am also experienced Canine Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Strong protective services professional. I am obtaining a Bachelor of Science - BS degree focused in Mechanical Engineering from California Baptist University. Passionate about working with people to make plans and ideas a reality.
