My 25+ year’s professional experience in manufacturing has afforded methe opportunity to work on various projects that significantly improved operationalefficiency, reduced production times and productivity. I have extensive experience with Engineering practices, software and at gathering information and analyzing current production processes in order to find a workable solution that will maximize efficiency and reduce production times as much as possible. Some of my acquired experiences over the years include, establishing work methods, leadingContinuous Improvement projects, work instruction setup and job analysis, layout of plant operations and balances assembly lines. Proficient at 5S and Workplace Organization techniques, MTM, FMEA,procures equipment for cells & assembly lines. My management background includes leading engineering teams, Die Shops and continuous improvement teams over the years. I enjoy all aspects of the Industrial/Process Engineer role and the challenges, opportunities it includes and I am looking forward to continuing my advancement in that role.
