CurrentSupports the planning and development of a diversity recruiting strategy to identify quality minority candidates Perform recruiting and talent management activities Supports all pre-recruitment efforts in new markets: research and identify area targets, conduct cold calls to screen candidates for initial interest, network with management contacts, local schools, and any additional recruitment sourcesSupports creation of Professional Development & Leadership Training Curriculum and administer training sessions Manage Mentor-Protege program members, mentee's and supporting database systemDesign, development and the deliver the talent review process that is required to achieve operating goals, effective succession planning programs, and create an internal bench of top talent. Partners successfully with other HR team members to achieve goals and deliver on accountability, driving consistency across business units, functional areas, etc.Continuously enhances the programs, systems, processes, policies and tools related to talent management, performance management, and mobility.Maintains state-of-the-art knowledge in industry best practices through industry interaction and building external networksAssures that organization-wide performance management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.Develops, initiates, and maintains effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning.Manages the maintenance and execution of the Performance Management System, including standards of performance, and performance evaluation instruments.Serves as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfaction
