Being new to the industry of customer service and contact centres, I have enjoyed growth in under a year where I entered as an agent and in a month was promoted to analyst and then eight months later promoted to Team Manager. My strong points are leadership and problem solving, I am an excellent public speaker and continuously encourage and motivate my team members and fellow peers. My passion for customer service comes from remembering that we all are customers and wish to treated as the only customer.
