Consolidate all forms of demand - commercial, tech transfers, new products and non-commercial demand to evaluate site capacity. Also provide information to support the Supply Review process for the site S&OP.Establish optimal Master Production Schedule for the tactical horizon (3 - 24 months) for both Manufacturing and Packaging.Produce monthly tactical plans for Operations in support of the S&OP process.Align the Master Production Schedule to the Production Plan approved in S&OPCollaborate closely with the Operational Scheduling team to ensure alignment between the Tactical Plan and scheduling activities.Ensure all SAP process orders in the short term window (0 - 3 months) for Manufacturing and Packaging are aligned to meet the customer requirements and drive MRP for Procurement.Ensure the Planning Master Data in SAP is updated and monitored regularly to ensure accuracy of output.Identify capacity bottlenecks and other issues through the Rough Cut Capacity Planning process to drive the Supply Review process.Resolve capacity constraints in the short term (0 - 3 months) by working with Operations, MS&T, Project Management and other Business Units. Identify long term (4 - 24 months) capacity issues that need to be resolved via the site S&OP process.Perform capacity scenarios for new Business Increase Request (BIR) and assist in the decision making process

-- Create, maintain, and ensure execution of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for production to support the objectives of assigned products globally.-- Manage demand, drive supply plan, and execute shipment releases to support Aftermarket demand. -- Project sales opportunity and inventory relief in support company commitments.-- Work closely with Sourcing organization to ensure detail part support of MPS plan. Interface with Cell Managers and Production Schedulers via SIOP to assure master production schedule is within cell capacity constraints.-- Identify gaps to plan and propose strategies to recovery original plan.-- Utilize tools to analyze global inventory for a specific product group and align for optimal service level performance with minimal inventory in global network.-- Coordinate with Engineering organization to transition programs into the production planning systems as needed.

-- Ensure effective and consistent administration of all company policies and procedures-- Assist team members with problem resolutions. Serve as a resource to team members in removing barriers that adversely affect cell performance-- Develop and implement cross training plans.-- Schedule resources as required to meet business demand.-- Solicit inputs from cell employees through normal communications, coaching and continuous improvement activities-- Provide input into key problems and potential countermeasures and follow up on countermeasure activities.-- Demonstrate operating system expertise on the factory floor through standard work, coaching and mentoring.

-- Analyze, plan and communicate requirements to operations to meet MPS.-- Coordinate all activities across functions in support of on-time delivery to MPS.-- Actively address shortages through communication to purchasing and elevation to management when appropriate-- Utilize six sigma greenbelt tools to address materials issues and actively participate in improvement teams
