I represent developers, property owners and local governments seeking development entitlements and environmental permit approvals for their real estate projects. Additionally, I work closely with real estate attorneys on land use and environmental issues affecting real estate transactions for buyers, sellers and lenders. My practice also includes the representation of homeowners’ associations and condominium associations. A focus of my practice has been several high profile land use matters that have resulted in favorable outcomes for my clients, including well-known national retailers, utility companies, financial institutions, restaurant companies and commercial and residential developers.
